This position offers a six-figure salary plus production, clinical support, work/life balance, and an Equity Bonus Package valued up to $150,000 — a real investment in your future!  Position Overview:  The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.  In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Bardens Animal Clinic is a full-service animal hospital providing services for emergency treatment cases as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical and dental care. We provide first-rate pet care to all our patients, but we also make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly and calm, so pets can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting their veterinarian. The incoming veterinarian will have access to the equipment and resources needed to provide excellent medical care, including advanced dental services, minor to complex surgery, digital radiology, laser therapy and boarding.
