Our Medical Directors dedicate over 90% of their time to practicing medicine, allowing them to stay fully engaged in patient care while leading the team. This position offers a six-figure salary plus production, clinical support, work/life balance, and an Equity Bonus Package valued up to $150,000 — a real investment in your future! Position Overview: The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.

We provide you with the tools to help your patients through industry-leading medical and diagnostic capabilities. Our hospital is open Monday – Friday (no weekends or after hours). The incoming Veterinarian will enjoy practicing medicine in our modern, well-equipped 10,000 sq/ft facility. We also enjoy hosting veterinary students for their externships/clerkships and can do so by providing a private bedroom and full bath in the clinic's finished second floor. Join an awesome team!
