Position Details: Compensation: Base salary of $135,000 (average $300,000+ with production bonuses) + sign-on bonus. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule that includes seeing patients via appointments 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, four days a week (no weekend appointments, a mix of well and sick appointments), with one fixed surgery day per week. Team Support: You'll have 6-7 staff members per veterinarian to assist you in providing exceptional care. On-Call: Only one on-call weekend per month.
